Another day in the trenches...or in this case, the former mail room

Just another one of those days. Doc retention isn't too bad, just scanning documents, which get sent to my Lotus email, where I send them back to the consultants. Easy enough job. Except for the one or two consultants who decided that they don't need to put a cover page in their folders. This means that with every folder, I have to dig through the pages to find a date, the proper client name, and make up a brief description of what the consultation is about. Which causes my job to become twice as long and twice as slow. Especially when most of their folders are one or two pages long. Fortunately, though, all the others are gracious enough to at least put some sort of cover page! Those files go fast. But for the love o' Pete, would it hurt to print out a two-page cover? Sheesh! :p
