jon_chaissonThis does seem a lot harder than it looks, considering I rarely ever post on anything other than Twitter ony cell. Which means, I apologize for any spelling errors and bad grammar! :-p
Anyhoo. Having a nice time here in London, seeing the sights and doing a LOT of walking. We'll do about 5 or 6 miles a day while here, so I get my exercise in and work off the beer and shepherds pie I have for dinner, heh! Also getting a lot of pictures taken! Many were taken with my good camera, so alas I won't be able to post them until I get home and upload them to the PC.
As for the writing: I've been making some very detailed revision notes for In My Blue World and I fear I have a TON of work to do for the first couple of chapters, and I'm also contemplating changing the.POV from 1st to 3rd. This is going to be a BIG undertaking, and I hope it doesn't take too long...but if it does, so be it. It's gotta be done.
On the plus side, I'm also reading what I have of the Apartment Complex story and it reads REALLY well, to my surprise. It too needs work, but not as much. I'm thinking it's partly due to my multiple outtakes and false starts until I finally got what I wanted.
Oh! Also, met up with @peartreealley and her adorable little one the other day for a nice lunch, chat and walk. We talked a bit about writing as well as Day Job Hell among other things, then took a nice walk through a greenway in Wapping to the Underground. It was lovely to meet up again!
