An interesting character...

The cafeteria next door has a cook who's an older man and I'm guessing he's the head chef there. He's got that look as though he used to work in a high-end restaurant but tired of its bustle and chose the slower pace of a company cafeteria instead. He doesn't talk too much but he's friendly with the customers and works like a professional.

I'm thinking that he would make a great character in a story somewhere...
