[WAH] Mid-afternoon wrap-up

Laundry is done, kitchen is clean(er), random items bought at the store (although I forgot bread...D'OH!)...
...and I got a call from our rental office downstairs, offering to have our car cleaned.
Yes, getting our car cleaned.
I noticed something was up when I happened down to the basement on my way to the store earlier this afternoon, and wondered what the random chicken-wire-nailed-to-boxframes were doing, leaning up against the wall. Well, come to find out, they're fitting them up on the garage ceiling to keep thestinkin' little skyrat bastards pigeons from roosting on the pipes and above the posts and thus crapping all over all of our cars.
So as a thank you for our patience, we can go get our car washed and they'll foot the bill. Mind you, it's only the outside of the car they'll pay for of course, but still...
See, as much as I get frustrated by the management sometimes, they always make up for it by doing really cool things like this. :)
