Happy Birthday, Doris

Another favorite writer of mine, Doris Lessing turned 91 today. A great writer that just fascinates me on many levels...she's by no means one of those amazing authors with works of absolute brilliance (and she'll be the first to say that about her own work), but she's certainly prolific and isn't afraid to try subjects that she isn't exactly known for. She isn't for everyone, but she's definitely worth checking out at some point.
