Drunken Owls and Other Delights

It's taken me awhile to get around to this, sorry for the wait! And I apologize ahead of time for the lack of exciting pictures as well, but then again I spent most of that vacation having my vacation and not worrying about pictures or anything else... ;)

So these are pretty much the only ones I'll really be sharing with you, as I really didn't take too many. That, and a lot of the pix I did take, didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. The price I pay for having a cheapass WalMart camera, I guess...:p I'm sure emmalyon will eventually upload her pictures, which will have a lot more shininess to them.

Okay, so apparently my workplace was hinting last week that this coming week is going to be another big one. I think it's partly because it's that time of year where Q3 is over and a lot of people are about to file their quarterly taxes. Oh, and there's also all the switcheroos they've been putting in place to make "the customer experience" a bit smoother for all involved (and if you believe that, you'll believe anything).

The good thing is that I only have to suffer through three days of it, as Thursday Emm and I are on our way to Hawaii!! :) :) :) Can't wait!!


Other than that, I'm a lot further along in the LLB rewrite for Chapter 2 than I'd expected, which is a good thing. I think part of it is because I didn't need to rewrite nearly as much, and part of it is that I made more time to work on it. So good news on the writing front too! :)

Oh, and speaking of both writing and Hawaii--yes, I will be bringing the Dana. Yes, Emm will bring the laptop. Yes, I hope to do at least some writing there, just to say I did. ;)
