jon_chaissonApparently there was a major power outage--not even in this area, mind you--that's making the database for this company unresponsive. Which means that I have very little to do right now except update my LJ, read various websites, and email people. And maybe move a few boxes around.
I just hope that the goodly amount of docs I scanned actually made it somewhere so they'll get to my email when it's back up. I don't want to have to scan them all over again... *sigh*
EDIT: The database came back up, and alas the emails of the docs weren't there. *grumble* Well, I probably shouldn't complain, as there were only twenty or so docs I needed to scan and the scanner we use is a modified scanner/printer that can do multiple pages in one go, but still...scanned them again.
And, as it happens, the newer scans still haven't arrived in my mailbox. So I'm still trying to find things to do here. *sigh*
