Weekend Update Sleeps In

jon_chaissonI so rarely sleep in past 7:30 on the weekend. My weekdays start at 6 anyway, so I'm usually awake by then anyway. Today was stirring awake around 5ish, then turning over and falling back asleep until 8:30. Granted, we did stay up until 11 last night -- her watching episodes of Inspector George Gently and me working on the ADoS manuscript -- so that would explain us being super lazy this morning. We don't have much planned for today other than fruit/veg shopping around the corner and perhaps sushi for lunch. And since it's National Ice Cream Day today, I'm sure there will be some of that involved as well.
Other than that, we'll more than likely be spending Sunday doing not much at all, lazy bums that we are. Not that I'm complaining. :p
