...I haven't written much poetry at all over the last few days--well, since last week, actually--because I've been busy doing other stuff. Well, at least I've been writing Can't Find My Way Home almost daily, so it's not a total loss...!

I'd rather be in that car heading to the ocean
I'd rather be outside underneath that beautiful sky

Shot into the sun, day by day by day
Got so blinded I forgot where I was going

Bring it up with airwaves
Bring it through the ether
Bring up the accessories that come with it all
And let it all out into the freeing air

Bring out that great wall of sound
Let it all begin, let it all wake up
Let the dogs chase you down for the thrill
And take them up and out and everywhere
