We do have some takers, but there's still a LOT of titles left--feel free to snag whatever you'd like--we'll pay the postage! No, seriously--we send these media mail so it only costs a few bucks, and we get a less-cluttered, less-dusty apartment out of the deal. ;) (Of course, if you say you want to take every single book left, that may be an issue... ;) )

Come on, you know you want more of them!

[Of course, if no one takes them, this would basically mean we'd be giving these to our local library, so it's not as if we'd be throwing them away...but we're thinking of friends first!]

EDIT: I haven't done any book mailing as of today (3/15/09), and might not get to it until next weekend, so A)let me know if you want or need any of these books right away and I'll try to get them out earlier, and B)feel free to add to your list if you missed anything else!

EDIT 2: Oh, and feel free to print/show this list to friends that might not be on my LJ friends list, it's pretty much open to anyone. ;)

CS Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia
Marianne de Pierres, Code Noir
Marianne de Pierres, Nylon Angel

If not because you totally don't know who I am, that's totally alright XD! But I've been dying to get my hands on the Hunger Games.

Date: 2009-03-16 03:39 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] joncwriter.livejournal.com
Not a problem! :) I'll put them aside for you. You can email your address to joncwriter (at yahoo dot com) and I'll mail them when I mail everyone else's. :)

EDIT: I have to say I really enjoyed Hunger Games, but I was a bit let down when I found out it was the first in a trilogy--man, now I have to read the next two! :p

Since you're sending stuff to me anyway, you can throw in Karl Schroeder, the Shakespeare poems, Neuromancer, and any short story collections or cookbooks that nobody else wants. Also the Writer's Digest yearbooks.

I passed most of the last batch you sent on to other people. The circulation of the words continues *g*

They're on the list, and thanks! :)

EDIT: Oh, and I think the cookbooks have already been called for...I just have to remember which ones to take off the list. Sorry! :(
