Irish Coffee success! sort of...

All went well with the Irish Coffee, except that I think I needed to whip the cream a bit, as it all sort of sank to the bottom and mixed in with the coffee. No big, though...I put just the right amount of whiskey in (Jameson is TASTY, btw), so it was very much an even whiskey/coffee mix.

Next time I'll whip the cream first! :p

Yay! Of course, experimentation is half the fun! Perfection the first try would just kill the endeavor, no?

I love Jameson's...mmm, Jameson's. Even if I sacreligiously enjoy mixing it with cherry coke zero. Or ginger ale...I claim that can't be so sacreligious since it was a Jameson's bartender who suggested that (eschewing coke or cranberry juice as alternate mixers). But even taste-testing multiple whiskeys, Jameson's won out.
