jon_chaisson...for a good reason! As said in the previous post, I spent the day restoring the PC, connecting the computer, and updating a lot of the stuff. All steps I think are a little more important at the moment, considering that I don't have MS Word on there at the moment!
Which reminds me...looking at the Microsoft site, I'm thinking I may update MS Word to the 2007 version...I had the 2003 version, but considering how much work I do on it, I think it's worth the upgrade. If it wasn't so late in tax season, I'd even use it as a writeoff...
And on the list to be updated/reloaded/redownloaded:
--Media Monkey
--Zune
--My camera software
--My scanner software
--Random scanning programs (CCleaner, Ad-Aware, etc)
--iTunes/QuickTime
--My Dana software
--Google Earth
--Wave Pad (a great mp3 editor for simple remastering)
There's some other stuff, but I think that's about it for now...I'll download more later if/when I need it. And I think with most of the above, I won't download until I actually need it.
