I'm not passing out because of the altitude, but for some reason I've been tired all day. Weird, that...

Nothing too exciting to report, though I did get to meet up with kateelliott in a kaffeklatsch this afternoon, and that was fun. Sat in on a few panels, saw a ginormous bear outside the convention center (will show you pictures later on), and ate some tasty foods. Oh, and did TONS of walking. Now I'm just tired and sleepy.

I'll most likely be much more rested and in better spirits tomorrow, and will certainly try to have more fun at this con! In the meantime, I shall share with you something emmalyon and I came up with while waiting for our plane yesterday and hearing the Homeland Security Level reading every few minutes or so in the terminal:

Fatigue is a normal reaction to high altitude. Just get some extra rest and it should go away in a couple of days. I grew up at 4800', but I've been away for long enough that when I go home, I have to go through the same adjustment.

Very common. Most of my Midwestern relatives tend to be like "Nope, feel perfectly normal" until early afternoon and then deflate like a punctured tire.

Number one important thing: Stay hydrated. Pass it around the con. And have a fabulous time!!
