Oh, I dunno. There have been MANY times I've wanted to respond back to them with one or more of the following:

--Systms r NOM'D by trollz
--EDI Cat sez Yr doin it wrong
--O RLY?
--FAIL
--EPIC FAIL

...or something like that. It would definitely make the day go by that much quicker... :)
