I'm still debating whether or not to go...sure, it's in town (and easy to get to), but a three-day ticket is $225.50 (that's $451.00 if the both of us go), which is a bit steep for us, and in all honesty, out of the list, there's only about five bands there I wouldn't mind seeing. They will be listing single-day tickets at some point, though...will see how much it will be.

The others seem like lesser known bands for the most part or opening acts. Those can be fun to see and when they don't suck are a great way to find new music.

Yeah, like that "Steve Winwood" - I mean who's ever heard of HIM?

I've heard of about half of these performers, only really want to see one (Nellie McKay, who is really really awesome), but attending in any way would violate my "Don't Give Money To Scientologists" rule.

Well, sure, Steve Winwood. But I have no real desire to see him.

Scientologist because of Beck?

I forget, why have people heard of Steve Winwood?

YEs, but didn't we already pay to see him back in, er, 1999? Oh wait--those were free tickets, weren't they?

I don't remember. It was before I knew though. That was one damn fine show.

Agreed, but I don't know if we want to shell out THAT much money for the three days. I'm pretty much with you on the above list (plus Jack Johnson), the rest I could pass up.
