While Emm and I are watching Dark Kingdom: The Dragon King, which is heavily based on the Das Nibelungenlied myth (yep, The Ring of the Niebelung), one of the characters talks about a magic helmet.

Emm and I at same time: "Spear and magic helmet?!??"

Sadly, we had to go to bed before any Valkyries were ridden...

Actually, if I recall correctly, a Valkyrie was indeed "ridden" in the movie about 20 minutes in, to which Emm replied, "Wow, that didn't take long!" Meaning they didn't waste any time getting to the nookie scene, that is! ;)

I was actually thinking in terms of music, not the scene...the music was pretty overwrought to begin with so I was totally expecting some Wagner to be used...
