You may be eligible to receive reimbursement through FEMA for your ice storm related expenses.

You may have to file a claim with your insurance company first, then anything not covered may qualify for FEMA reimbursement. I was told that the reimbursements may also include generators, chain saws, etc.
Given FEMA's track record, it may be a fewdays weeks who the hell knows er, might take a bit of time for them to respond, but hey, thought I'd pass it on. :)
