...I still haven't posted anything about Hawaii yet. And we'll be at the opera for most of the afternoon, so I may not get to the post until this evening, but at least I've uploaded the pictures.

A banyan tree at the Waimea Audubon Center. I keep thinking I should use these trees (or something like them) in Children of Dun Corran. I know I'll use them in a story somewhere....
