Emm had given me the task of cooking the chicken that was in the refrigerator sometime this week, so tonight I tried my hand at chicken cordon bleu sandwiches.
The Verdict: chicken was slightly crunchy (better well done than raw, as the saying goes), and I should have put another slice of ham (and perhaps swiss as well), but other than that it came out rather well. Put it on toasted Italian bread with a bit of mayo and there ya go!
