Kinda quiet around here...

...what with emmalyon on the other side of the country!!! She's out there for a week on business. For all we know, it's only a week, so she'll be back on Sunday, but it still feels different from the time she was gone for three weeks a few months back. Maybe because I'm married to her now. ;) I suppose I should get used to her business trips--once I get published and start doing book tours I'll probably be doing the same thing. It's not bothering me, though. Just feels...different.

Oh, and she called yesterday and I'm insanely jealous. She's got a reeeeeeeally nice hotel room that overlooks San Francisco Bay and she has a wonderful view of the Bay Bridge. It's just making me more antsy and I wanna move out there NOW!!! :p

I was thinking that some time in August I'd take a few weeks off. One week would be heading back to MA to do some serious cleaning house and moving and whatnot, and the other week I'd actually fly out with her to SF (she has to go back again for another week for a different business thing) so we both can start making plans for moving.
