Why I haven't been writing.

As usual, I had planned to get some writing done, but due to extenuating circumstances this week (and probably into next week), I won't be getting anything done. Usually this would bother me, as work I don't do means more time wasted, but this time around I'm fine with it.

First off, taxes took awhile to do. That was a pain, but at least it's done now.

Secondly, I'm going to be taking some time and cleaning house with the current computer. As you may have heard from Emm's post, we decided that the Belfry 2000 here needs to go. It still works fine, just not nearly as fast as it should anymore. Considering the amount of mileage I've put on this thing already (I bought this one in Sept. '03), with two-plus novels, nearly 19000 mp3s, the entire Monty Python box set, and more, I'm surprised it's still up and running.

So yeah, this is one of the very rare times where I'm not feeling guilty that I'm not writing. I've just got other things that take precedence! :p

It has all my music on it, but it has more than enough room for me to put my writing and other things as well on it. :)
