That zoo is BEEYOOOTIFUL.  Highly recommended to everyone, especially kids, if you're out this way.

Date: 2006-01-16 01:31 am (UTC)I did get a picture of a lion pacing back and forth in that building, but it came out blurry...he definitely had a "hey, look at me!" pride to him...

Date: 2006-01-16 06:46 pm (UTC)I remember M & I were in a zoo somewhere and there was a bear pacing back and forth along one side of his fence even though it had a good sized enclosure. Damn depressing.
Sigh. I have such a love hate relationship with zoos.
