First post of the day, as I'm sure there will be more...

Just dropped off [livejournal.com profile] emmalyon at Newark Airport...she's heading out to SF for a week of work-type stuff...which leaves me at work a half hour early, but I'm not complaining, because I'll be taking Friday off so I can zip up to MA and get the rest of my stuff. It's going to be a crazy couple of weeks leading up to our move, but hopefully we'll get everything done before the movers come. I'm sure it'll all work out...

So here's the tentative schedule of what needs to be done this week:

--drop off car at the garage of people who are buying it (Most likely Wednesday)
--drop plates at nearest DMV
--cook chicken in the fridge before it goes bad
--continue with cd purge/rip project
--clean out desk, bureau, and night stand
--call an auto glass place to replace windshield on Emm's car (fixing it tomorrow)
--mail thank you notes (yeah, they're late, but I'm doin' 'em!)
--possibly drop stuff off at Salvation Army dropoffs if I have stuff to get rid of
--head home on Thursday night
--make a surprise visit at YC to see the old gang one more time--might end up going in insanely early so I can catch the shift switch and see Bruce as well
--pack as much as I can into the car on Friday/Saturday
--leave EARLY on Sunday so Emm can get the car and visit her aunt

Yeah. Gonna be a very busy week for me...

More later...

What heppened to the windshield?
Don't you have to drop the plates in MA?

You didn't notice the crack that's been on the passenger side for the last few months? We've been trying to take care of that but never had the time.

As for the plates...I'm not sure, do I? I think I do. Well, if I drop off the car at the end of this week before I head up, that'll work out nicely. I know of a few places up there I can drop them off.

I'm never in that car.

I think you have to give them to the DMV for the state they're from, but I could be wrong. You should call someone and find out.
