Judith Tarr is offering mentoring/editing services at the moment!
Every now and again she offers a block of time for a chapter or two of your novel and offers a very detailed critique. This is so worth it, especially if you're starting out or not quite there yet--I had her read the opening of Love Like Blood a few years ago and received some great and valuable advice.
[And if you're not a writer, she's also selling some copies of her books too! She needs to raise some money so she can travel to Washington DC for the Nebula Awards, where she'll be on a panel, so it's all going to a good cause.]
