Christmas Afternoon

For lunch we did our usual Christmas tradition of going out to eat somewhere either at Pier 39 or somewhere at Fisherman's Wharf. This year we went to Beach Street Grill, which is this little mom 'n pop restaurant a few blocks down from us. Gotta love a place that serves breakfast all day!! Added to the fact that they give you some after-dinner-type morsels at the end--in this case, vanilla fudge! Definitely a divey place, but a lot of fun and really tasty food.

All in all, got some fun swag this year! emmalyon totally surprised me by getting me Adobe Photoshop Elements 7!! I'll have to install the software and start playing with it! Let's see, what else...she also filled my stocking with fun goodies from World Market--including eggnog coffee grounds and maple sugar coffee. Heh! My sister got me the Beatles Monopoly Game (I love the fact that the tokens are a (Here Comes the) Sun, a (Maxwell's) Silver Hammer, a Strawberry (Fields Forever), a (I am the) Walrus, a (Rocky) Raccoon, and an Octopus(' Garden). And that instead of Park Place, it's Abbey Road Studios. :p ) as well as a really cool coffee table book on maps. Other stuff...my mom made good with our family tradition of buying me new sneakers (she's been doing that every year since I don't know when :p )! I got a cool baseball hat with dragon drawings on it from juniperblue...thanks! :) Also got some nice clothes from Emm's aunt! :)
