I posted my problem on their forum, and already someone commented back with a link to another forum, in which someone posted the EXACT same problem I had.
Come to find out, a Registry Key got borked, so all I need is to replace it. And, as fate would have it, they posted the code for said registry key so all I need do is save it as a .reg file and hope it works. ;)
And that's where the "sort of" comes in. Being that I'm just about to be away for a few days starting tomorrow, I'm not going to bother until I get back. One of us will just have to print out the flight confirmations at work...
So yeah--yay me, I'll have a printer again very soon! w00t!
