I think, like other cartoons I like, it's well-written. There are a lot of subtle jokes that kids may find funny, but the adults will get and find hilarious...like the father's car being a pastiche of both KITT and the Mach 5, or the recent episode where the sister re-enacted the dance sequence of "Thriller". ;)
