That LineSurfer business -- I'm pretty sure it's a variant on a software package called Phun -- I've played with it quite a bit, and it's pretty neat. I haven't seen a plugin for line drawings, though. All I have is the basic software which moves a sandboxed 2D object around among obstacles. What's cool about it, though, is that it has very rigid "physics" rules which it follows religiously. Anything allowed by the "physics" is totally OK, and anything not allowed simply doesn't happen. It's a neat package.
