Out with the old, in with the new...
Jan. 1st, 2005 09:24 amHey all!
It's a wonderful and oddly warm January the first. Emm and I had a quiet and lovely dinner and a relatively calm New Year's Eve (the only excitement being the sheer goofiness of Fred Schneider on SIRIUS Classic Alternative to ring in the new year....) and had quite a lot of fun...and Lynxie, the house still stands, so you won't have to pick up that lye. ;)
New Years' Resolutions:
1. Make strides to find a new job and an apartment down in NJ to be closer to Emm
2. Start working on more than one writing project! Finish off Book 3 and start in on the vampire hunter/love story/comedy story
3. Lose some weight! Cut down on all that sugar, mate! Get some exercise!
4. Make better strides in managing my time so I'm not wasting so much of it!
5. Save more money for #1
More to come...
Happy New Year, Kids! Best wishes to you and yours! :)

Date: 2005-01-01 07:47 pm (UTC)Currently it is 72 degrees here in Cary, NC. 78 degrees on our screened in porch in the sun!
This is not right, not normal. There should be ice and snow, not confused songbirds!
We did get in a nice short walk though. Amy felt that 2/3 of a mile was enough, I think being 8 months pregnant had something to do with that.
