This is the second time it's happened and it shouldn't have happened the first time. Apparently some product that has been getting mauled by travel in certain freight trucks keeps getting sent down to those lanes and thrown in said truck. Which is all fine and dandy, except that when it gets to the store it no longer looks like the product it's supposed to be (i.e., smashed to bits). Now for some unknown reason it happened again today...and for the second time in two weeks we've had to unload A FULL CONTAINER OF PARCEL--we're talking a few thousand boxes, kids--just to find a small number of these boxes.

*sigh* Again, there are some days where retail work sounds like a good thing. (Don't worry, emmalyon...I usually smack myself upside the head and it goes away...:D )

Things are getting a bit nutty down in shipping. Well, such is the life during Q4...thankfully I have much more positive things to look forward to at the end of the day...
