I saw a film today, oh boy...

Is it wrong that I own this movie on dvd now?

Yeah, probably.

But hey, as I said in my last post, it was one of the two movies that got me into the Beatles in the first place, way back in the day. :p


Emm and I fell for the latest Barnes & Noble sale of buying 3 dvds for $20...and I tricked her into letting me buy it. But to even things out, we bought this wonderfully whacked movie as well. The third was a crap shoot (this one) that my Amazon Wish list suggested that actually sounded sorta good.

But yeah.

I may lose friends from my flist for that first one, and for that I'm sorry. ;)

Man, I loved that movie! It was on The Movie Channel like ALL the time when we were growing up. I had the soundtrack on 8-track. George Burns signing "Fixing a Hole" is a defining part of my childhood! I've been threatening to buy it myself for a year or so now, and now I just may have to.

The sale still seems to be going, so why not?
Oh, and? He "tricked" me into buying it? I told him to just buy the dakn thing and stop talking about it! Sheesh!
