Edit:  Okay, so the snow was inland a bit in Woodside and in some of the higher-elevated towns (and on the tippy top of a few hills here in SF), but still...

Apparently Texas is just plain shutting down parts of the state due to a particularly nasty ice storm. And ironically, the Northeast sees it's warmest winter in....well a long, long time.
