Weekend Update Is Going to March
Mar. 24th, 2018 08:45 amSaturday morning and I'm sitting here enjoying my coffee while watching the news cover the ongoing March for Our Lives happening all around the country. Ours will be starting around 1pm in the usual spot at Civic Center Plaza, with an eventual march up Market Street to Embarcadero Plaza. It's a wonderful thing to witness.
In a way I find it kind of telling that I was never really all that active in this sort of thing until the Fuckwit came to office. Since then, this will be march number 3 for me.
I still wonder why certain conservatives are so fucking obsessed over their Right To Carry Guns to the point that it's like an unhealthy porn addiction. Their screams about the Second Amendment and The Horrors of Sharia and Communism are so unhinged that I'm not sure if they really believe it or if they're just trying to get a rise out of their base so they can remain relevant.
Seriously -- if you're against the March for Our Lives because But What About My Gun Rights, then there is seriously something fucking wrong with you.
