(For those who don't know or have already forgotten, Don Patch is a secondary character in the manga and anime Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo who is a lot less stronger than he thinks he is.)
So yes. Second day of going to the Y worked out well...did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill (I seem to enjoy the setting of a 2.0% incline and about 3mph), followed by roughly ten minutes or so on the bike (about 60-70rpms on that). I think the bike is now my favorite thing at the moment, probably because it's reminding me of when I was a kid and rode my bike everywhere. :)
As for music to listen to while exercising...I keep forgetting to refill my mp3 player so I've been using the radio function on it. I found out last night that Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love" is actually an interesting and unexpected choice for getting me pumped up. Guess it's John Bonham's excellent drumming on it?
