10: Past Comes Back Again

I've decided I don't want that car, I don't want those toys,
I don't need to change, now that I've caught up with myself.
Years have gone by and I've been preparing since the beginning
For something that's been happening all that time.
It's time to take what I have and use it because no one else will.

The past comes back again, just like it always does,
And this time I'm looking back in knowledge,
This time I recognize what needs doing before too long.
Time to remember the past and act for the future.
The past comes back again, just like it always does.
