Yay! Nothing planned for next weekend! I expect to be doing some more sleeping in, goofing off, and hopefully writing.

maps_or_guitars mentioned earlier today that my beloved eMusic is changing, and maybe not for the better. Looks like they're picking up Sony's back catalog (although there might be more labels, I'm not sure), but in the process, their plan options are changing.
Currently I get 100 songs a month for $24.99, but once the change goes into effect, the same amount of songs would be $40.99. That's an additional $16 for the same thing. Or, I could pay an additional $6, but only get 75 songs. I'm a bit ambivalent about all of this...on the one hand, although I could easily still download a slew of songs from this site from now until whenever, but on the other hand there are months where I download some stuff just to use up my songs and may or may not listen to them later on. Either way...I'll have to think this one over.
