After the Storm

Whew! That storm front is over and done with. I haven't seen one like that in a LONG time, even while in New England. At the moment the sun is out (and off to my right, reflecting off my monitor, revealing just how dusty it is...eep!) and there are a few clouds in the sky. The streets outside are still damp from this morning's rain, but hopefully that'll be it for now. It may rain later on this week, though.

Other than that, been keeping busy with writing work, which makes me happy...but I really do need to do some cleaning around the apartment as well. Perhaps a little later this afternoon, if I feel the need to give my brain a break from writing...

Check it--new icon! It's officially Arkham West, thanks to emmalyon. My sister's suggestion of Dewtopia came close, though...I might use that for the dry bar once we move into a new apartment (heh--just kidding, Emm...;) ).

I also have a slightly different icon that I can use, especially for when I'm rambling on LJ:



I love the fact that I could easily make clones of this icon and make random messages on the screen... :p
