Weekend Update
Jun. 30th, 2007 04:59 pmHmm. I could say I haven't posted here in awhile, but then again I posted like a madman earlier in the week so I won't worry about it. ;)
At the behest of Emm, we went out to see Paprika again, and of course I obliged. Besides, it's not often one gets to see anime on the big screen, especially a good movie like this. (I once saw Spriggan at the Hampshire Mall in Hadley, and that was...er...interesting, if sorely lacking as a halfway decent anime that would catch on.) I'm quite certain we're going to own this one when it comes out on dvd. And the fact that Emm is also hinting that it may still be playing Wednesday evening is amusing me greatly. It's not often the both of us would watch a movie at the theater more than once during its run.
As for tomorrow, we'll most likely be hanging out most of the day but having dinner at Bix Restaurant for our anniversary dinner, courtesy of a gift certificate from my sister. Should be fun!
And now, to continue with the laundry...haven't done it since the Wednesday before (while on vacation), so we are sorely in need of clean clothes! I'd like to do some writing too, we'll see. And I'm hoping I can squeeze in another long Sunday-morning post (either an RTS Presents on this blog or a writing related one on![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
die_joncswerk), as I tend to like writing those for practice (and who knows, I could probably use some of them for writing samples in my freelance portfolio).
So yeah, kind of a boring weekend with not too much going on except some anime fun. And of course it's anime night on Cartoon Network, so that's always a good thing...and we've got bento boxes for dinner! :)
