Taking care of new CA car registration: DONE
Getting the car smog-certified (it's a CA requirement): DONE
Picking up new CA plates for car: DONE
Said plates attached to car: DONE
Registering to vote in CA: DONE
Getting CA driver's license: DONE
Now all I have to do is wait the requisite 4 to 6 weeks for the real license, voter card and car registration to come in, and I'm all set.
