A slight change in the writing schedule
Mar. 13th, 2006 12:23 pmOver the course of last week I've been coming into work early and hanging out in the cafeteria to do a bit of longhand writing. I've been doing pretty good, averaging about 1.5 pages a day, added to the fact that I'm really happy as to how it's turning out.
Now, however, I've been given the responsibility at work to help out with the printing of documents (so we don't get bombarded with stuff in the afternoon), and they've been asking if I can come in early to help, just to get it done sooner. At first I was a bit iffy about it, being that I'd lose that morning spot of writing, but after thinking about it over the weekend, I've dediced to do the printing anyway and leave a half hour early.
My only worry is that I'll end up not writing in the afternoon, but if I apply myself and write longhand when I get home (after the chores, of course... ;) Then again, I could simply do them the night before and stop being such a lazy a$$...:p ) for at least a half hour, that shouldn't be a problem. Besides, I'm not doing too much except reading online comics between the time I get home and when Emm does. Anyway, we'll see how this pans out.
EDIT: Due to me stopping off at Rasputin Records to pick up the 2nd Patlabor movie and deciding to take the cable car home, I wasted a good half hour and of course the longhand went right out the window. Well, at least I'm writing on the pc right now so something's getting done...
