Random: Saturday n' Stuff

You know it's a good sign when you can do the almost-all-uphill walk to the post office without really getting winded. :)

Decided to go with Emm to Trader Joe's today and ended up somehow bringing about eight bags back, so we are sufficiently stocked grocery-wise. I'm now just started with the laundry, of which there is surprisingly a lot of (well, I'm cleaning the towels, and hope to do the sheets too). Other than that we're thinking of just hanging out and being bums and watching movies n' stuff.

Tomorrow we're thinking of going to The Legion of Honor Museum out near the beach. No, hagbardc, it's not a museum for supers. ;) It's dedicated to California men who lost their lives in France in WWI and it's got a really fascinating collection. They've got a really interesting exhibition going about pictures of SF taken in the aftermath of the 1906 Earthquake put side by side with recent pictures of the same location. Looks like fun!

Was complaining that I didn't have much writing done, but I actually got some stuff done during work this week, planning out what was going to happen in the next chapter or so, so I'm happy, even though I got very little word count again this week. Thanks to marfisk for the pep talk the other week, and of course thanks to Emm for giving me the occasional butt kicking I need. :p
