My one day off
Nov. 21st, 2004 03:25 pmHey kids...
This is the kind of weekend that annoys me...one of those days where most of Saturday is spent at work and not enough time afterwards to do stuff and relax at the same time. And today it's just dark, overcast, and I'm dead tired and I don't know why. I had a good night's sleep--probably ten hours' worth--but I just can't seem to get my ass in gear today.
My sis says that once the snow starts flying, people will start waking up. In a strange way that makes sense...these sort of days just drain all the energy out of you so all you want to do is just sit around and watch bad TV all day. Or in my case, drive over to Wal-Mart and pick up a few needed things. Whee--frickin'-doo. :p
Ah well...three more days at work (no 5am start! WOOHOO!!!), then T-Day, then drive down to NJ for a 3-day vacation with
