...and they're off!

Heya!

This is the last post I'll have here until A)I find online access to post during the con, or B)until I get home Monday evening. I'm heading out to head58's this afternoon (don't worry, C--for me, leaving at 5 will still get me there past 6, as I need to stop at a few places on the way out, including getting gas), and I'll be parking there to save money. I'll then take the train in tomorrow morning, drop the stuff off at the hotel, and register. I'll be meeting head58,lynxreign and emmalyon for lunch later that day. Woot!

After that, who knows? Although I have skimmed over the con schedule, there's just so much to check out that I'd need a good few hours to sort through it. I figure I can do so up at head58's place and make some plans on where I want to go.

Oh! And I'll be meeting up with a few fellow Forward Motion Writers Community people for lunch on Friday. That should be fun. I have a disposable camera so I'm gonna have to take some pix to put on the FM board.

Other than that, it's going to be one hell of a weekend. Five days of hanging out with famous SF and Fantasy writers and good friends! Whee! :D

Your enthusiasm is tres cute. :) I would say "Hope you have a good time" but I know you will. I expect LJ to be full with stories next week, hear? lol

And don't forget that you, emmalyon and lynxreign are charged to take as many pictures of cute women dressed as Star Trek characters as possible for me! hhmm.. and anyone who resembles Patrick Stewart. Hee.
