Bleh

I really don't want to miss work today, but I'm feeling like crap this morning. Stuffy nose, persistent cough, the symptoms of an allergy getting the best of me. :( I think I'm going to take the day off and try to make up for the sleep I didn't get last night...

Feeling a little better this afternoon, after doing nothing but lying down, watching a bit of tv, listening to some 1988 tunage (always good for my soul :p ) and having a good nap. I apologize to kevnes and gailee for not being very social this past weekend, but the nap was definitely needed. Kev, next time you're around I must play that Movie game. If it's anything like British Invasion, I know I'll enjoy it. :D

As for the illness, I believe I'll be okay to go in tomorrow. Hopefully I won't be on the phone constantly (not that I often am--Accounts Payable is a lonely world...) and hacking at other people. The congestion has lessened to a mere stuffed up nose and frequent clearing of the throat. I believe I've gotten through the worst of it and am now getting better.

And again, I apologize to emmalyon for keeping her up last night! I really hope you're not gonna catch anything from me...

PS It was kind of weird calling the temp agency to tell them to tell the place I work that I wouldn't be in today! :p
