Best of 2006: What am I missing?

Those of you who know me well, know that I love doing end-of-year best-of lists and compilations. So of course I'm in the midst of downloading stuff I don't have yet and making a list of songs I'm yet to download.

So--anyone out there have any suggestions of songs they thought were great this year? This can span any genre, I'm not picky. The only rule is that it has to have been released in or made it big/received major airplay in 2006.
