I was waiting for you to ask about or contest aardvark, but I will provide the explanation without prompting. :)

The aardvark has to dig through walls in its way to get to the pesky little problems it feeds on. In an HR role I often have to dig through walls to get to the pesky little problems I have to work on. :)
