Do they actually have control of the catalog, these days? I know Michael Jackson bought it back in the 80s...not long after he and McCartney did some songs together, which reportedly really pissed Paul off (and rightfully so). Which is how we got Nike "Revolution" commercials and nonsense like that.

According to Wikipedia, it's probably part of the 'Northern Songs' catalog, which looks messy.
