Back from Worldcon/Noreascon!
Hey all!
Just dropping a line to say that I have returned, and five days' worth of excitement, friend-meeting and money-spending is finally catching up to me. I am absolutely knackered. I'll fill in more later on, but for the moment I'm just going to kick back, relax, and do as little as possible (aside from write and do a little bit of housecleaning) for the rest of the week.
Some highlights:
--Hugo Awards Ceremony. Lotsa fun, very cool. Will list the winners in a future post.

lynxreign, emmalyon, and inochinoakari and ino's friend who spells his name wrong (ha ha!). But mostly ended up hanging with emmalyon a lot--we had this fascinating habit of running into each other at 9am every morning in the Prudential Mall. Apparently my leg is quite easy to recognize... :p (sorry, em, but I still find that funny).
--Bought myself a writing mascot: a tiny two-inch tall bronze dragon with crystal eyes who I've affectionately named Annedin, a character in my Mihari trilogy.
--My family is happy--I brought Krispy Kremes home.
--Met a few people from my writers website : tambo (aka Tamara Siler Jones ), KatFeete, kitsa, and Wen Spencer. Unfortunately we could never actually get each other together to get a picture, so I'm kinda bummed about that, but oh well.
More on this when I've had a few hours' worth of sleep...
