Madonna Pap Smear

YAAYY!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

I just found out that Richard Linklater's movie Slacker is FINALLY coming out on DVD!! One of my favorite movies of all-time. BOOYAH!

I love this movie to bits. It only took, oh, thirteen years to come out?!??

Thirteen Years is nothing.

Bedazzled The good, original version, came out in 1967 and still hasn't been released on DVD. I contacted the company that has the rights to it and they said:
Fox has no plans to release the title in question at this time. I will forward your request onto our corporate office so they can see what the public would like to see on DVD.

This is a brilliant movie, yet you can't get it on DVD.

Gunga Din This movie is a classic in every positive sense of the word. One of my favorite movies of all time and a blockbuster in its own right. This movie hasn't been released on DVD either and it came out in 1939!
I contacted the company that has the rights to it and they said:
Unfortunately there is no release or production information at this time.

What happened to the claims from when CDs and DVDs came out that nothing would every be out of print again?

Lynx, remind me to add this one to my wishlist too.
Great flick, but very disturbing subject line for the post....

And now:
"Though I've beaten you and flayed you,
By the living god that made you,
you're a better man than I am
Gunga Din"

Em, you are too cool for quoting that. I thought I was the only person who remembered that line. :p

It is in the movie

The results of excessive education on display!

Haven't seen Gunga Din yet, but I have seen the original Bedazzled. I've always wanted to do a cover of that song Peter Cook does in it.

Oh, and that claim has been rendered out of date by those who brought you Clear Channel, the PATRIOT Act, the PMRC, and any other group under the RIGHT BASTARD Conglomerate. :p

You Haven't Seen GUNGA DIN!?!?!?!
