I always hate throwing away food, but did feel good that I finally cleaned out our pantry and shelves of old stuff when I did mine recently. I am torn between wanting to not buy groceries and just eat only what is on hand until it is all gone, and wanting to keep buying things on sale when it is a great deal and stock up for possible problems (snow/ice/hurricanes). The Freezer is the next thing to tackle, I definitely need to eat some of the older vacu-sealed things in there....
